Monthly Clan Taxes:

There is a monthly clan tax of 200g. There is no set date when this tax needs to be turned in each month. The 200g monthly tax will be put use to help advance the clan by constructing new buildings, buying recipe's, and cheap armors/ammunition that can be used for the clan. Any of the above listed items will be paid for upon removal from Clan Storage. All regeants and Clan Materials should be directly dropped into the Clan Storage. Selling clan materials is not acceptable and reason for expulsion.

(Lack of ingame activity does not make you exempt from monthly Clan Tax.)

The Storage is not for personal use, it is strictly for Clan Storage, Investments, and Clan related transactions. Any Items being outsourced is reason for expulsion. All items inside the storage are for sale unless a note says different.

  Clan Members are Forbidden From:
  
  
  
  3.1. Violating the laws of the game "Juggernaut."
  
  3.2. Violating the charter of the clan.
  
  3.3. Disclosing confidential information.
  
  3.4. Making any transactions which in anyway may conflict with the general interest of the clan.
  
  
  
  Clan members have the right to:
  
  
  
  4.1. Voice their opinion for the improvement of the clan.
  
  4.2. Participate in the development of the clan.
  
  4.3. Have your property.
  
  4.4. Have dealers.
  
  4.5. Be given clan discounts, bonuses.
  
  4.6. In defense of their rights by the clan.
  
  4.7. At any time, you may leave the clan, with prior notorization to the Capo or the Officers.
  
  
  
  The rights of the Capo:
  
  
  
  5.1. The Capo has absolute power.
  
  5.2. Officers and Capo convene to make decisions based on the urgency of the situation.
  
  
  
  Reasons for Expulsion:
  
  
  
  6.1 Theft from clan or other members of the game "Juggernaut".
  
  6.2 Becoming more of a burden, then a part of the clan. (Capo and/or officers will decide this)
  
  6.3 Insulting clan members or being disrespectful.
  
  6.4 Inactivity of 30 days or more, without prior warning of absence to clan Capo or Officers.
